Beautiful property with central location in Nairobi. It provided everything and the setting is so relaxing! Rooms are a bit small but that was fine for 2 travelers.

Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was extremely expensive for those visiting from African countries. A steak and a beer cost me over R600, whilst in South Africa this would cost a maximum of R350.

Everything except the cost of the meals The steak I had on Frida y evening was very tough and extremely expensive. In fact my only complaint is the cost of your meals - for visitors from other African countrys the price of your meals could be considered exhorbitant.

This hotel has a beautiful setting with nice gardens. The recent renovations are nice, but some of the quaint older feeling of the older Hotel is missing.

Great food, lovely pool, comfortable and clean room, and the friendliest staff. Everything was better than anticipated.

I’ve been staying at the Fairview for many years…each time the experience gets better. The friendly staff, the lovely grounds, the clean & comfortable room, the always good restaurant, the gift shop make for the perfect stay!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises Nothing

The room was lovely (actually better that the larger premium room I stayed in before) as it felt newly refurbished. Attention to detail with PJs folded and towels folded so you could tell which had been used. I loved the fire pit too. Meat generally overcooked. Dry roast chicken.

The scenery and beauty of the place The price was too expensive

Included breakfast was delicious! Our room had been recently remodeled and was large, quiet, and very nice. The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. I wish we had a chance to use the gorgeous pool! Nothing- I will stay here again

I have stayed many times and love this hotel. Love that it is so eco friendly Even an electrric car picking us up at the airport. Should jabe sustainable period care products in the shop and not just Disposables.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They make arrival a very good experience. The location for both airports and central Nairobi is excellent. Security is very good and I have stayed here many times. There is a nice area to relax around the pool area. The garden is lovely, and overall the hotel is beautifully maintained. The rooms in the main part of the hotel are the ones to book. Some of the snack food could improve and sandwiches around the pool area at lunchtime made more easily available. Booking.com messed up the payment side by saying they had taken payment from my card. After leaving the hotel, the desk staff were chasing me for payment. It took 4 messages to booking.com over 5 days and an expensive overseas call to their office to sort it out.

The staff welcoming Food could improve poolside and option of for example.... a sandwich at lunchtime

When working on projects in Kenya I always stay here. Beautiful colonial style, staff who are ALL so helpful. Like being in a huge garden in the middle of Nairobi. Maybe the occasional mouse.
