Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands

As usual the staff. Being recognized immediately upon check in at the reception, than by the housekeeping and the security staff on the ground floor. They all do a wonderful service. I felt just coming back home. Thanks to Yvonne at reception for her warm welcome very late at night and Timothy next morning recognizing me with a great smile. Honestly I felt like a million dollar man :) The one bedroom suite 627 had a weird shape that follow the building architecture. But nonetheless was very good and comfortable as usual. Very clean and equipped. Large bathroom and nice kitchen area and living room.

A few more accesories for the bathroom, hand/body lotion, makeup removal cloth. An instruction card on how to use the shower. Tip the floor, or install a barrier so water from the shower doesn't pool on the bathroom floor. No one likes cold wet feet in the middle of the night.

Food was excellent. Rooms were clean. The hotel’s private driver, Gideon took us around all day and he was amazing. Nothing.

The property was absolutely outstanding! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast each morning was simply amazing, offering a delightful variety of options. The rooftop featured a beautiful pool with stunning views of the city, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Richard, the bartender, was fantastic, providing excellent service with a friendly demeanor. Yvonne at the front desk offered exceptional customer service, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Samuel, the head of security, made sure that every guest felt welcome and safe. Additionally, the location of the property is unbeatable, situated right across the street from the mall and within walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, clubs, and bars. The bed, the bed, the bed! Very helpful staff and fantastic location. My room felt like a million dollar condo.

Breakfast was fine A bit crowded

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant. In particular, I liked the the outdoor terrace where the pool is with the view of the Karura forest. The breakfast could be improved. There was no cheese/dairy options. The coffee could be better.

The property is excellent and served the purpose except for the music from the adjacent clubs The music from the disco tech could be heard in the rooms. It would be good if sound proofing is improved.
