The vegetarian meals were very rich and delicious. One thing I really appreciate about the main dining hall is that while they serve buffet, they will also accommodate you for meals per plate at a reduced cost. That is, the normal buffet rate was KES1200 per person, but we paid even KES800 - KES1200 total for a family of two adults and a small child. The very kind waiter simply sized up the contents of our plates and charged accordingly. This was more than fair! They could improve on the shower, pressure was low and the water was lukewarm. They use cheap instant shower heads but for the cost of the room I think they can install better quality ones. Rooms on the ground floor can get very cold during the winter June - Aug. The provided duvets were a little too light and we ended up buying a heater to compensate.

Safety, kind staff, vegetarian food The shower and facilities are a bit old. The overall vibe is not exactly “inspiring”. It is quite noisy and the staff is not very punctual. I asked breakfast at 6 they said sure and then came to me saying they thought it was 6:30. But they managed to prepare something so they were kind!

Friendly and helpful staff from reception to kitchen. Safe location. Bathroom gets water logged after a shower as there's no drainage . Kitchen has no cutlery except for a spoon.
