The hotel is located in a very good and safe area of Nairobi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is large with excellent water pressure Above all, the hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful with everything. It started with the receptionist, who welcomed us with a drink, arranged our rooms quickly in the middle of the night, and helped us with our luggage. The breakfast experience was also excellent. Everyone was very friendly, the coffee was great, and the food was delicious. It may be a small hotel, but it is filled with people who have very big hearts. The Hotel has 2 floors with no elevator, but since the crew helps you with the luggage I think it is better than big hotel to wait for the elevator

There was no hot shower in my bathroom and they even cant fix it so I have to use other room for shower which took alot of my time actually waste alot of my time

nice location, spacious and clean bedroom, beautiful restaurant No elevator and the singing at the restaurant can be a bit loud for the rooms (it ends before 11pm luckily)

From the moment I entered this property, I felt incredibly welcomed; you can immediately tell this is a place that truly cares about its guests. I arrived very early, and the staff graciously held my luggage and processed my check-in seamlessly while I went about my day. They even greeted me with a refreshing glass of cold apple juice. The facility overall felt like an art gallery, beautifully decorated with perfect symmetry and a minimalist design. My room was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and plush. This is easily one of the best properties I have stayed at in a long time. I will definitely stay again. One quick word of caution: the building is two stories and does not have an elevator. The staff kindly carried my luggage to my room for me, but if you have mobility concerns, this might not be the best fit.

Location is excellent. They don’t clean their Accor conditioner filters. Very smelly hotel. Restaurant exhaust throws everything to the hotel. Extremely poor ventilation.

Staff were friendly, the place is comfortable and clean. Careful the facility doesn’t have an elevator which is a bit annoying. They do help with bags but would have preferred to know before hand that they didn’t have an elevator.

The hotel is located in the vibrant Westlands area with lots of things around tossed and do. They have very nice breakfast. The mattress was extremely firm. We had body aches throughout our stay. We were thankfully able to get better sleep when we went to a different hotel.

I love the hotel and its staff. While breakfast was good, I felt there could have been more options. Some days there were hot eggs, other days not at all. Overall good food. I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have a gym. Most hotels nowadays have a gym so something for the management to think about.

Location is great, and rooms are very comfortable. No elevator, I was on the second floor so a lot of walking up and down stairs. The restaurant is good for breakfast, but the lunches and dinners are not very good. It is not a nice atmosphere and not a nice bar to have a drink. The food is overpriced and not good, as there are lots of other restaurants and uber to choose so I would expect it to be better.
