Very clean and modern. Maybe place a sign on the elevator so guests know to close all doors after exiting so other guests can access it from another floor.

Clean and modern looking bedroom inside. Easy check out process. Literally the worse check in process ever-- we literally used WhatsApp to communicate with them because there was no actual hotel building (it is just some apartment inside a big building). Very difficult to find and navigate the actual room. No real receptionist desk. Not an actual hotel. We thought we were going to be in an actual hotel but nope!

Easy communication with the owner. Very clean en beautiful room Good location The isolation was really bad! When the guests in the other room talked, went to the badroom or took a shower, it was like they were in our room. Also when other guests walked through the hall, we couldn't sleep at all. On the booking.com site, it looked like a hotel room.We hoped for a breakfast possibility as well, which wasn't available.

Nice, comfortable, clean accommodation. The bed is comfortable. They clean the room everyday. There is water , coffee, tea , snacks. Books about Naples which can help . Everything new and fresh .

Good place to stay for a short trip to Naples. Just 5min walk from the station. Comfy bed, all toiletries and towels provided. Very clean and modern inside of the apartment. The building is a little run down, but once you’re inside of the apartment everything feels new/modern and safe.

The room was big, very clean and modern, we had everything we needed. Great location close to the train station! Be mindful about your head when laying down on the bed, as the headboard was kinda sharp metal (at least in the Maradona room)

Superbly appointed apartment, ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the main Napoli train station. The whole setup is very slick, very efficient with excellent communication. There are countless cafe's, shops and farmacies in the area. The local area around Napoli's train station isnt particularly nice. Whilst i didnt ever feel threatened, the area around the train station isnt somewhere to linger.

I cannot possibly rate this place highly enough. Its a calm, beautiful sanctuary in the frenetic city that is Naples. Every detail is well thought through, its uber clean and just plain pretty. The coffee maker in the central area is a bit noisy but that is a minor inconvenience.

it was clean & tidy & the insides were modern the door to our room needed another lock, we didn’t feel very secure with just a simple lock & the access to the property was not obvious, there was no sign outside

Area around train station is run down and seedy. Charged 20 cents to use the elevator. This is a remnant of the 50s and should be eliminated.
