Naples Park Central Hotel

Room was exactly as described and showed in pictures. Location is perfect is your plan is going to the beach, just 5 min driving to Wedding Beach and 5min walking to Old Naples. Susana was very professional and helpful. 100% recommended, definitely I will come back soon

Nice location No real beakfast, even though advertised as "good breakfast". Only prepacked cakes, energy bars and yoghurts.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The floors in the rooms could stand to be updated.

Location Booking rate You can’t control the central AC. You can only control the small AC unit inside the room. The room service staff are like an alarm clock in the morning. They speak to each other very loudly and can easily wake you up.

Amazing place! Close to the beach and downtown in car. Rooms were huge, comfy and quiet. Basic breakfast but there is a kitchenette in the room. I would absolutely recommend for the price!

Unfortunately, our one-night stay was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, and even though we were a family of four, we were only given two pool towels. The towels in our room were damp, and the shower constantly changed from hot to cold with an extremely strong spray that was uncomfortable on the skin. The hallways also had a strong chlorine smell in the morning. We arrived just a few minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. and, despite explaining that we had two young children, the staff responded rudely instead of showing any understanding. The breakfast itself was also very basic, mostly cereal, snacks, and coffee. Overall, the hotel could greatly improve its customer service and attention to guests.

Blown away at how affordable this place is. Super clean, spacious rooms, just loved everything about it. The shower pressure was possibly the best I’ve ever had. The location is awesome. Love how some of their parking spots are covered. Will 100% stay here anytime im in Naples going forward.

Every staff member we came in contact with was super friendly & helpful, everywhere is very clean and organized, spacious rooms that has microwave, mini fridge & small sink. Close to downtown 5th Street
