This is my third time staying there. This was the first time I was charged a fee to park my car, which was very disappointing. I was not told until I checked out. The only other complaint I had was the coffee was horrible. So I had to go purchase coffee elsewhere. Other than that, everything was great.

Staff and location were great. Hotel and rooms could use a deep cleaning and maintenance.

Because the service is the best and amenities are excellent, the outside bar and rooms are always clean . It is jut the best

Staff was very nice and helpful. This is very much a 3 star property. As long as you manage your expectations it is absolutely fine especially if you’re traveling alone.

Great place and great location. I will be staying there again.

Good location and cleanness . Also helpful staff as always. The changes since my last visit in past November; new parking payment, even when late parking is difficult, very small and poor quality pool towels, no discount for breakfast, no free continental breakfast, no magnifier or makeup mirror in the bathroom ….

Maverick was super helpful went a step above by helping us accommodate our room after another guest had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking he moved us to another room. He was very courteous and welcoming!

My stay at this resort was mediocre at best. I paid for the penthouse suite and when I arrive there, the staff didn’t even check if my room is ready just said I have to wait till three. Once inside my room over half the outlets didn’t work and there was a red line through our TV screen. When trying to get food or drinks, we had to wait upwards to 30 minutes to even be served or be seen. They do not tell you this, but you have to pay for parking as well. I would not recommend staying at the penthouse suite for that much money.

The location was awesome. This was my third time staying at the hotel. I stayed in the room 107 with a wonderful view. The only issue was the gentleman restroom by the front desk that stutters because the hydraulic automatic door closer. It needs to be adjusted. Since the room 107 was on the hallway near the restroom the noise of the door woke me up very early in the morning.

Nice located place, nice view on the marina, confortable room There wasn’t enough shampoo in the room, so we had to ask for more.

Pretty, clean, good location, and very comfortable pillow! And you can't beat the price! (We got it for $127/night!) Would definitely repeat.
