The adult pool was relaxing, and the menu was flexible and they were responsive. The restaurants around are great, we dined at nosh and the cafe by the bay, would totally come back.

El.hotel es lindo y muy limpio pero la piscina no esta cómoda para usar es fuera del hotel aunque tienen carritos que te llevan a ella pero igual te hace perder mucho tiempo , lo demas es todo muy aceptable

The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found a previous guest’s Band-Aid in our shower, reported it, and it still wasn’t removed. Our bed was missing a fitted sheet, and the public bathrooms were consistently dirty. The room also wouldn’t cool below 68 degrees during 100+ degree heat, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping knocked around 9:00 a.m. despite our Do Not Disturb sign, the pools and gym were inconveniently located and overcrowded, and even a simple breakfast of two coffees, a sandwich, and a yogurt bowl cost nearly $80. For this price point, I expected exceptional service, spotless accommodations, and attention to detail. Instead, the experience felt disorganized, poorly maintained, and far from luxurious. I wish I had done more research before booking and would not stay here again or recommend it.

My husband and I chose Naples Bay Resort to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service that set the tone for our entire stay. The absolute highlight of the trip was the spa—I had a massage that was hands-down the best I have ever had in my life! Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to make our milestone celebration feel special. If you are looking for a relaxing, top-tier resort experience with phenomenal service, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Really surprised how nice this place is. You need to drive or take the free golf cart shuttle to the club/pools, but you won’t regret it. Amazing environment, staff and experience. Loved it. Will be back.
