Extremadamente recomendado, desde que entramos destacamos la atención tan excelente agradable y especial , super lindo, la habitación increíble en todos los aspectos ,limpieza, comodidad , tamaño te hace sentir en suite , las vistas, consta con batas de baños y pantuflas, agua en su minibar, todo de higiene ,ademas tiene sus cartas de cenas ,bebidas y desayuno con servicio a la habitación e increíble precios ,sin duda volveríamos siempre y las fotos de la app no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es , superó toda expectativa

We love the Naples Bay Club. It was so refreshing: the pools, lazy river, hot water jacuzzi and water fall- It was a lovely natural hydro-therapy. The staff from Bluewater Bar $ Grill is very attentive, specially Aaliyah, the food very good as well. We had breakfast in the Coffee House - coffee cappuccino and pistachios croissant were delicious. The front desk staff is very professional and nice, special thanks to Tamara and Shackeen. Additional thanks to valet parking and transportation golf type car associates. The only reason this time we are giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because the bed in room 204 was extremely soft and made our sleeping a bad experience causing unexpected spine and neck pains. We highly recommend to REPLACE the mattress. Also, our previous One bedroom suite marina view (room 234) had a jacuzzi in the bathroom but this time, having same category room, had old style bathtub instead of the jacuzzi.

Took our 2.5 year old and would definitely say this is a great resort! The staff were super helpful, the location is great! The shuttle to the beach and the pool were super easy to use. Love that the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were included with the shuttle. Will definitely be coming back!

Good breakfast. The food at black bird was excellent. Asian fusion highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Housecleaning service was poor.

We loved the location and amenities of the Hotel and we truly enjoyed our visit.

Everything! Absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was a little dated, and a few places where carpet was torn in the hall…but overall fantastic!
