Me encantó

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in very poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. The carpet was heavily stained, one of the tables had obvious dog-chewed damage, and many of the metal fixtures were rusted. The room was dirty when we arrived, and everything looked old, worn out, and in need of replacement. This was not the level of cleanliness or quality I expected. I hope the hotel invests in renovating and maintaining its rooms because, based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Nothing. I was unable to get a clean room. Twice I was given keys to a room that was not cleaned Everything. Mary @ front desk was unable to resolve this issue and just kept saying “I’m sorry “ I requested a refund and was told that I had booked through Hotel.com & had to deal directly with them. I have submitted this issue to my Financial Institution. I have been in the service industry in Florida since 1974and am appalled by your so called Customer Service

We did not have any issues, snd the pet area was on point.
