La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Naples Downtown

Una muy mala experiencia, al llegar tenían problemas con la luz . Tenía que esperar a que resolvieran, cuando regrese aún no tenían luz ni planta eléctrica. El manager nos habla con un tono de voz feo al nosotros reclamar .

Was a storm.we didn't have power all night yesterday to this morning

I didn't stay at the hotel. When we arrived they didn't have electricity, I couldn't check in and they didn't have electricity in the rooms.

Very clean room but the air conditioner doesn’t work in this room.

Place is on poor condition, torn couch upholstery, patched up bathtub, terrible WiFi, dirty. Staff is nice, many bed pillows.

The enamel in the bathtub was coming off, the bathroom door was peeling and the AC is so loud and outdated. The shower curtain was worn out (who still uses a shower curtain in hotels), not much of a breakfast choice ether.

Air condition wasnt work like normally. I and my husband couldnt sleep hall night.

It was good for my one night stay in Naples.

En el baño ,se iba el agua permanente y cuando te bañabas en la regadera no tenía fuerzas

The staff was very friendly, when we were having trouble with our TV a staff member came straight up to us and helped fix our issue quickly.

The hotel is very close of the 5th avenue.

The location was excellent. I liked that the breakfast was included, Everything functions well in the room. The staff were excellent. Cleanning needs improvement It wasn't properly cleaned

Good location No shampoo or conditioner in the room when I asked the staff about it I was told to " come and get it" , shower overflowing due to slow drain, musty old smell in room obviously AC filter not changed, front desk staff was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.. maybe due to understaffing as it seemed like one person was trying to manage the front desk set up breakfast and answer the phones. Nevertheless a bad experience.

I stay at your hotel frequently because I do business in downtown Naples, Florida. The trip I just took this week had to be cut short because I was called to another meeting back home in Michigan. Even though I booked my reservation through Expedia- the manager took the time to hear my situation and was very kind when Expedia called and asked permission to refund my last night. I was so pleased, I booked my next trip in early July at this same location. It is very well run and would highly recommend anyone considering to stay in the Naples Florida market.

Hotel excelente y a muy buen precio. La ubicación es fantástica. La cama podría ser un poco mejor. Fuera de eso todo bárbaro.
