The room was clean; however, the electrical outlets were outdated and unsafe. The bathroom outlet could not support the hairdryer, and several outlets were loose and failed to maintain a proper connection. Additionally, there was no disclosure of the $29.00 per‑night parking fee, which should be clearly communicated in advance. This charge is unreasonable, as most guests arrive by car. I also specifically requested a room with a tub and was instead given a shower.

I booked a room with a bay view but when I got there the manager told me that a view is a view and gave me a pool view after I had a picture of the room I booked. I assumed he gave my room to someone else. I was there 3 nights with my windows closed the whole time. Breakfast was great.

El personal muy amable. Me gustó la piscina la habitación y el desayuno muy bueno tambien. No me gusto que el parqueo tiene costo extra, el precio del parqueo deberia de estar incluido en la estancia y que la comida en la piscina debe mejorar sus pociones que son muy pequeñas o disminuir el precio para ellas, pues no están acorde, las veo muy caras. Y las bebidas el precio tambien es excesivo.

The breakfast got old after 3 days of basically having the same thing. How to use the parking garage wasn’t explained, and staff doesn’t enforce rules such as no outside food or beverages at the pool area.
