Just needed sleep. Bed was comfy. Television was impossible to navigate!

Location For a big hotel like this not having an Ice machine working in the facility and forcing the client to leave the premises to buy ice is incredible. Nice tv, however, no remote. Also, shower head not properly secure and A/C not achieving the desire temperature.

They were very rude I paid and then someone else came up to him knocking on the door as soon as I answered the door they said it looks Smokey so they kicked us out they refund me my money got all the cops and had me trespass when I didn't do nothing wrong please refund me my money back

Tje staff was great and all the amenities!

It was very close to the tourist attractions and easy to move around. There were a few roaches on the walls and on the floors

The location in Naple is near all types of stores, the room had a big fridge, stove, and excellent air conditioning. The hotel was overbooked, the check in took one hour and a half waiting for I do know what, other customers were told to leave no matter they had book number, there is no excuse no matter it was a 4th of July. Also, the toilet had no water, we used the bucket where the toilet paper was to clean it. Also, roaches around the room and the room smelled of cigarettes..

Nice place but hotel was full of roaches. I had to stay somewhere else my second night and received no refund Very disappointed

Homelessness are around the hotel property, have to be careful when walking outside

Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff.
