Booked a king size room on booking.com. When I check-in, they provided a double queen. I paid more on booking.com for a king room. I informed the front desk about this issue and all they said was that they were overbooked on king rooms and didnt provide any compensation for the issue. Will not been return to this hotel. Also no free parking on site. You have to pay $44 valet parking or you can parking miles away for free. Not ideal.

The room were really cute and clean. The one thing I didn’t like is that they want you to pay $60 plus for parking. I already paid for the stay why am I paying for parking. But hey other than that, no complaints.

The hotel overall is beautiful and in the perfect location. We were just an uber ride away from everything. But the front desk customer service could have been a lot better. There was an issue upon check in that was quickly resolved but after that they assigned someone else a key to our room. So next thing we know there are complete strangers coming into our room. Once they seen someone was in there they contacted the front desk. The front desk then contacted us to apologize. I should have been offer more then a dinner at their restaurant. I have NEVER had someone be assigned my room and come into it while I’m in there. Thank god me and my sister were fully clothed. We had issues with the tv the moment we arrived. The stations would either go black or they would skip scenes. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does not come and tidy up your room unless you request it. But overall it is a beautiful hotel

We had to pay for breakfast and park on the street. Vallet was very expensive and many hotels offer free breakfast. For the cost, this one should as well.

Awesome and beautiful stay

Convenient hotel, good location, great staff very attentive, comfortable room great view of downtown in our case (8th floor) clean, beds were comfortable, most things were walkable, Would definitely book again. It was the beginning of the world cup and the hotel was mostly booked by a single group who took over the roof top restaurant during much of our stay. The room had several problems on check-in (bad/broken closet - because of its design, loose toilet seat, missing curtain rod.) All were fixed within minutes of our call to front desk. Parking was more than we expected ($30/night) and wifi was spotty so TV would occasionally hesitate. Coffee bar in lobby was slow. So while inconvenient at times, not show stoppers.
