Very vintage country music lobby setting , clean , convenient location !

Great location, all the front desk staff was super nice. Room was nice, lots of outlets. Only small negative was the wifi. I worked remotely during stay and sometimes the wifi would disconnect. Also, I logged onto Netflix on tv and it would buffer and lose connection.

As an art/music lover traveling from out of state I appreciated the well designed lobby and subtle music elements in my room. All folks working the lobby that I interacted with were very sweet and helpful. Loved the variety of food/snacks that were available as they did come in handy. Appreciated the housekeeping crew being very consistent with cleaning the room everyday. Overall great stay. Great location very close to Broadway St. Would def check out again on my next visit.

We were not information that our room was downgraded and the roof top was closed prior to check-in. Our bathroom was not clean either

My fiancé and I stayed here for my best friends graduation weekend. I will say initially when I checked in things ran smoothly until later on after we settled I noticed I was charged twice for the stay. Unfortunately with booking through Expedia the clerk mentioned she didn’t see my initial reservation. So, she contact her management team and by time I was on my way out the door to go home they resolved everything. The location was convenient very close to plenty of food spots. The only complaint I have is the smell that kinda lingered in the lobby area was very strong.
