I booked this on behalf of my colleagues for a work trip and they all came back with very positive reviews! They absolutely loved it. The rooms and facilities were all clean, staff were helpful, and the food was good. Thank you.

To make matters worse, when I checked out and asked to speak with a manager, I was brushed off and only given a business card after insisting. I later emailed Samantha Hancher about my concerns but never received a reply. Overall, the lack of response and the unusable pool made my stay very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

The only thing that was confusing was the hotel fee and the $25 credit. It was a little confusing. It would be nice if they can explain that at the time of registration in more detail.

The pool was completely packed on Saturday, June 20th. That was the only down side of our stay at the hotel.

Let me tell you that the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The rooms are nice sized (we had two queen sized beds) but our ceiling looked like it was mid-replacement with concrete slabs. The shower and bath were very well appointed. I really liked the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The hotel is a bit dated. The pictures on the websites are definitely from when the hotel first opened and had seen little to no wear. We were really disappointed by the enormous and somewhat raucous crowd at the pool (which I also felt had seen better days). We were there for a few days and had similar experiences every day. Also, just know that It’s a good mile and a half to get downtown Broadway. Overall, we were underwhelmed.

This hotel was beautiful and the decor was great. The only problem is the valet parking was ridiculously expensive. Overall really good hotel.

Nice pool and poolside bar; excellent service; great room set up; had issues with the wifi but staff helped us out! Two issues were being charged an incorrect fee and still pending refund after 10 days and also valet was $10 more dollars than the hotel quoted us.
