Stayed for a quick weekend getaway and was not disappointed. Parking was easy and the free breakfast was good. Would stay here again
-
Other than that AMAZING. The free shuttle, ran by Tony, was so great! The front desk was super helpful and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour is top notch!! The garage walk was the only complaint, it felt like you were putting your life in danger as a solo single woman traveler.
-
Room was clean and nice. The only issue was the AC did not work very well
-
should tell people it is under construction when they book
-

I do not recommend
-
The location of the hotel. I also liked the The fact that there was construction going on the hotel and there was limited access to certain areas. Also there was debris in the water being served to the customers. The black girl at the counter had a bad attitude.
-
Hotel was going under major renovations, which we was not informed of. Only one elevator parking was terrible.
-
Great location and staff with amazing breakfast Booking.com did NOT reflect ongoing renovations that had most of the lobby and the entire gym being renovated. The vacation vibes were lost soon as we checked in.
-
The hotel & employees very nice. Disappointed the dining room was closed & the location was ot near any shopping or entertainment. Seeabove

The room was clean, and nicely decorated for downtown Nashville. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary shuttle was a nice bonus! The $45 price for overnight self-parking seemed excessive when you're already a guest at the hotel. The construction areas made it a little unsightly and noisy, but it was still nice overall.
-
EVERY CLEAN THE PARKING IS EXPENSIVE.
-
Overall, the front desk staff were not friendly. I was able to tolerate the inconvenience caused by the ongoing indoor renovations in the lobby and dining areas.
