Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt

The room was good but the parking fee was too expensive. We paid 51.00 to park for one night. I want be revisiting this hotel.

I needed to have my room key redone 3 time prior to it working. Valet parking @$50. Is too high. Front d was j staff not very knowledgeable about the area.

Awesome hotel. Excellent location, great staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was mostly vlean. Bathroom was tight....especially the vanity. Staff was excellent and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. Would have liked daily housekeeping.

Clean, friendly and affordable. Did not find out until I was leaving that they offer a shuttle service to downtown area that would have saved a number of uber rides

Comfortable room and bed. Big breakfast with lots of options. Nice little bar area with good service and seating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Front door set up is very convenient for Lyft/Uber pick ups. Very satisfied with the stay for a weekend getaway.

Upon arrival staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised a room was ready and we could check in early which was super convenient with having our flight arrived that morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice but we did notice some small things like hair and small debris floating in the water but nothing too terrible. The bathroom by the pool was also clean. I was traveling with teens and asked for recommendations and one staff member was unsure of what to suggest for people with kids under 18. It would be convenient to have recommendations not solely tied to adults or those over 18. Other than that it was a good stay.

Place was convenient to many things but our room needed some much needed like sink not draining, bathroom door unable to close and sink faucet was very hard to turn on and off. #405. Others than that staff was awesome and place was clean.
