Excellent property, staff and location!
-
This hotel is fantastic, not exactly family friendly, but I had a feeling going into it and we made do. Kids were able to use the pool on Monday morning between 8-11am which helped. Outside of that, place is great, the peephole on the barn door looking into the bathroom is a funny voyeuristic touch.

The hotels front reception staff and porters were so helpful when we arrived and departed. The hotel itself was fabulous- beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious. The pool bar was lovely and the bar staff here were all really friendly. The only minor criticism was the housekeeping knocking on the door at 8.30 am both mornings - not ideal after your night in Nashville and forgetting to leave towels but soon resolved when we contacted reception. We loved the location- 15 walk to Broadway, £5 uber back. Nice bar as well downstairs. Great stay and would highly recommend to others who want to experience Nashville but stay in a calmer stylish area. Thank you to the great friendly team here.

Hotel is beautiful, staff are super friendly. We had some minor inconveniences with our room, toilet running, shower glitchy, not enough washcloths, TV remote not working properly. But overall, a great place to stay and great location.

We have stayed in many great places, but this experience will long be remembered. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff and located perfectly to the Broadway excitement. Will return some day. Nothing noted

I travel a lot and was impressed by this hotel. It was my first time staying at a Virgin hotel and it was such a cool property. Well appointed, all the visuals very carefully crafted to give it that Nashville vibe but never campy. The staff were all extremely helpful to us and friendly. They seemed genuine and like they enjoyed their jobs and enjoyed helping us. This spot has a great bar and lounge with live music, we saw a custom hat bar set up on Sunday while we were there, plus they have a great rooftop area. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. Comfy beds and pillows, nice selection of options in the mini bar if you want to pay for those, and again- really well decorated in a way that felt like it flowed and fit with the rest of the hotel. It felt like a premium stay without the premium price tag of a hotel in the heart of Broadway. We never had an issue getting an uber and they were all pretty cheap no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this property to those visiting Nashville!

The only issue that I had with my stay was in my room 311 when I got into the shower the hose that connected the wand for the shower. It had a hole in it so water was spewing out of the hose and rainforest. Shower head would never come on and then also when I went to the customer service downstairs hostess or or representative at the desk where you check in at told me they were going to send an engineer something up. I sat in my room from 3:30 to 5:30 and no one ever came to my room to fix the issue. I did discuss it with the morning staff on the morning of my checkout but other than that that was my biggest issue. Now if the hotel wants to do something for me they can to make it right
