Cleanliness nothing

The valet parking was horrible. Was charged 106 dollars for less than 12 hours. That’s highway robbery!!!!

Room was so comfortable, the quality / price / location unbeatable in Nashville That I had to leave

It was so clean and such a nice room! Breakfast was really nice too and had such nice facilities. Staff were also amazing. The only thing to note is you’ll likely have to uber everywhere from the hotel but Ubers are so cheap in Nashville generally. Just something to be aware of but definitely not a bad thing!

Breakfast could be batter, some bacons, pancakes, waffles, omelets, fresh fruits, better yogurts, despite that, It’s a really good hotel, oh and parking is a lil expensive.

Lovely hotel. Very, very nice. Loved everything but the mandatory $50/night parking fee. No other options. Just seemed very unnecessary since they had a parking garage. This price should be for valet parking, not mandatory. That's only complaint.

Very good

Convenient location with a short uber ride downtown. A 24 hour 7-11 across the street for drinks and snacks. Very clean and spacious room provided what we needed for a nice weekend stay. Valet parking didn’t meet our expectations. Our suv was driven down with the key in the console. We drove out for lunch and when we arrived at the restaurant , turned the suv off and grabbed the key to lock the door- we had been given the wrong key. Took some time to make contact with valet to correct the situation and be driven the key for our vehicle. We were told there would be a 1 day credit for their mistake but we were changed the full amount.

Breakfast more late , Pool

The only parking option on site is valet which costs $50/night, which I consider to be outrageous. This is not downtown or near Broadway. No way that only parking option is valet which costs $50/night. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good but the parking cost is a deal killer for me so we will NOT be back.

Staff did not make bed as planned, although I sent a verbal request. No apologies when checking out,

Hotel itself was very clean and nice. Shower water pressure can be better but everything else was good. I gave low rating only because of valet parking problem. There is no self parking available and only one valet worked the whole place. It was difficult to get in and out.

Very clean, well kept and staff was great

Staff and breakfast were great! The pool smelled and ice machine was broke on our floor. Also you have to pay $50 to park there 😳

The staff was super friendly and helpful

The property was great, I recommend you take an Uber to get to Broadway, it is only $10 one way.
