This property was AMAZING!! I love the location, the surroundings areas and the stores close to the hotel. Publix is one block away! The proximity to downtown was walkable and likeable since the crowd can get a little wild. This hotel 11 out of 10!! The rooftop worth the stay itself!!!

We were able to check in early. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. I was missing conditioner in my room and towels which took a few hours to get replenished. The pool is very small, maybe 5-10 people can fit max.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was beautiful and clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful. Staying at this hotel really enhanced our trip.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the pool area because it was so hot while we were there for MCR. My only gripe was that the pool ladder was broken with a caution tape around it on a sold out night. Seems like something you would fix for so many people when it’s 100° out. And everything was metal and marble. Couldn’t walk barefoot or touch anything without 2nd degree burns. That was really a minor complaint though. We had a great time.

Kevin gave us great customer service! The food and drinks was amazing... overall experience was absolutely amazing The pillows was too small and it wasn't enough on the bed for a King suite

Very nice and courteous staff

Staff was helpful and Kristin was very helpful welcoming at check in. Happy hour at the rooftop lounge helped us start our evenings off. Baggage was stored for us as we explored Broadway on our departure day before a late flight. Hotel location was central and quiet. Easy walk to many parts of town! Would recommend staying here and would return!!

Friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, parking was very convenient

Property and parking were fine. We brought dollar bills for the washer and dryer. Machines took only quarters. When seeking change, first desk attendant we asked said they had no quarters. You have machines that require quarters yet have no quarters.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern with a friendly staff. I loved how close it was to lots of places but very quiet and with a safe environment. We were able to enjoy downtown with a short walk and come rest and relax back in our room. I highly recommend it.

I loved that breakfast was included, and loved the rooftop pool for some down time!
