DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

Staff was helpful and friendly and gave us excellent cookies kept warm in a warmer. Lobby was spacious and clean. Shuttle was nice to have. Our room was spacious also, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The room was also in need of some maintenance as the thermostat is not mounted properly, the bath exhaust fan did not work, the shower head leaked where it connected to the hose, and the bedroom TV had a column of pixels out.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean hotel and rooms, late meals for late arrivals, within distance to Grand Ole Opry plus airport. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff that was really helpful with great customer service. Room really clean along with all social areas like the lobby and restaurant. I’m glad my family and I; including our dog, had the opportunity to stay here! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The checkin staff was very helpful or so I thought. They apparently did it wrong and when I went to checkout, the front desk receptionist was VERY RUDE.

The staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean. A+ experience.

Not very clean. Hallways smelled horrible. Microwave didn’t work. Fridge smelled so bad and leaked water. Staff entered the room even with the sign on the door.

And cramped. Definitely did not look like the photos unless the photos were from years ago when opened. Mold all around the bathtub. Black mold on the ceiling and walls n curtains were nasty

Kimberly the front desk receptionist had an amazing personality and was very welcoming. She was very polite over the phone and in person.

Basically a place to sleep. Wasn’t anything spectacular. A little expensive for being far from city center. Didn’t have many options so just being fair based on my experiences.

Location and staff were great. Super friendly front desk in the afternoon and next morning. Having to pay $20 per person for breakfast after paying $300 for 1 night was unacceptable and disappointing. The breakfast bar did look clean and appetizing though.
