Location was so convenient to Bridgestone and Broadway. Furnishings such as sofa and chair needed some love. Parts were worn and very visible. Air conditioning needed to be cooler.

Great location and nice hotel but pricy. They seem short handed in the breakfast area. Could use a few more eating options. Executive lounge has water coffee nuts and granola bars. Would expect a few other offerings for the price.

The morning employees inside the hotel were nice. (9am Friday on the 21st morning) Valet were rude and just letting people pull in and just park right outside the door. We had to ask them to move a car so we could move our car that they brought up in order to make the round turn. They treated us like we inconvenienced them.

Every single staff member I interacted exceeded my expectations There was nothing that I didn't like. They had the best big giant pillows in my bed that I've had in a hotel in a long time

Early check in was great . Extended parking for large truck was great. Valet personnel were very helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. An interior room so no noise issue from outside- there was a rodeo in town across the way and the park had live music. Breakfast is not included. had made to order omlets and a decent variety. coffee wasn't bad. service was great. Good location. will stay here again.

Room was great faced Broadway. Furniture is old and dated but who sits in the room in Nashville. Team friendly, smiling and not that fake smiling like we are getting paid, but genuine smiling, not something you see everywhere these days. Valet service, helpful but will set you back $$$, but location location location, you walk, your vehicle is safe and you have a great time !!!!
