Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

We had to talk with the front desk three times before our air conditioning was fixed.

We had a wonderful stay. Close walking distance to everything. Staff were all super nice and our room was great!

Room was nice, best shower I've had at a hotel. Breakfast was good. Very walkable to many things.

We have stayed here multiple times. It’s always been wonderful. Beautifully clean rooms, quiet, great location, etc. highly recommend!

Room was comfortable, with full kitchen, cold AC and comfy bed. The area around the hotel is safe and the breakfast was great! Looking forward to the next stay. Staff always friendly

Property was an easy walk from Broadway and a quick uber to other parts of Nashville. Hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained and looks and feel brand new and comfortable all at the same time.

Room was clean & staff was very helpful with suggestions for where to eat. Ice machine was out of order and having to scan the key card before selecting a floor on the elevator was a bit difficult at times.

The room layout. The beds and the bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the coffee pot was disgusting. The parking and not a lot of options for those with celiac needing gluten-free food.

We have stayed a lot of places in Nahville, but this is one of our favorites. It was a good location, but the room was gorgeous and laid out so well. The kitchen was perfect and included smart seating. The sitting/living room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was exactly what we needed for a good night's sleep. The tv swiveled to be seen in the living or bedroom. The bathroom and closets were great. The shower was one of the best I've ever been in. It was expensive but worth it. The breakfast was not great and there weren't a lot of options for coffee. There was a lot of noise late at night, but the bed was so nice, we were able to sleep through some of it.

Great property. The only issue I had was the $45/night parking fee. It was not clear during the reservation process and would say that is very high. Other than that it was a great stay.
