We had such a lovely stay! A special shoutout to Jacob at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us decorate our room and surprise our friend, the bride to be💍 He was so kind, helpful, and genuinely made the experience extra special. Thank you, Jacob, for helping us make such a sweet memory! Highly recommend this hotel for the great service and hospitality! ✨

We had a fantastic time at printing house. Went for our honeymoon and arrived very late after a 8 hour drive. My biggest and only complaint was we were hit with a 350 dollar additional charge upon arrival that we were not expecting. Staff at the desk didn’t even explain what it was for. Stated we should have known and when asked how we would have known were told it should be somewhere. We are not frequent travelers and this was the first time we have stayed in downtown Nashville and had got married and left for the hotel in the same day. Valets were always friendly. Staff on every other instance was great. Even met the general manager by chance and she was extremely polite as well. She was apologetic and said she would discuss our issue. With that said the hotel was clean and hip and we will definitely stay again in the future. We will just be more informed next time around.

The hotel is beautiful and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Live music is everywhere in Nashville, but I didn't expect there to be live music in the hotel - so great! It was located far enough from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but still close enough to easily walk to areas we wanted to visit. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower was made for tall people, which is great for them, but the soaps were up so high on the wall they were nearly over my head - not a complaint, just out of the ordinary. I really did enjoy my stay. My only complaint is that I booked a King bed room but when we were given a room with two Queen beds. I don't mind a queen room when I travel solo, but for two grown adults sleeping in one bed, it's not my favorite. Still not worth complaining because it happens if they run out of rooms, but... on our way out while waiting for the elevator I overheard someone checking in saying that they wanted a queen bed room which was then followed up by the front desk person saying they had a King available so they were putting her in that one. So I double checked as to why I was put into a queen room instead of a king room and was told that because I booked through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel that I was automatically bumped down to a queen to 'balance their room availability'. So apparently if you want a king room with this hotel you can't book through a third party.

Great Spot for getting to Broadway and easy drive to 12 South/The Gulch. Bar was fun to sit at before going about our nights. Bartender was super friendly with recommendations. Check in staff was friendly and super helpful as well. Wish there was more information about parking would be my only suggestion. Staff, facilities and location were all so perfect! Loved our clean and nice room as well as getting around the city easily from our location.
