Mediocre place. Clean enough.

The roller was clogged so I could use it. I went down to use the vending machine it only had 1 drink that popped out the rest said sold out and wouldn’t give my 3 dollars back.
-
Bed was comfortable rooms clean just on the old side breakfast was ok typical eggs sausage waffles. Walking distance to many bars/resturants and grande ole opry For the price it was decent.

Todo muy bien solo que la habitacion tenia olor a cigarrillo

GREAT PLACE. PRICE & CLEANLINESS WERE BOTH UNBEATABLE FOR THAT AREA IN NASHVILLE. WHEN I GO BACK THIS IS WHERE I'LL BE STAYING.
-
It was very convenient to many of the things we wanted to do but was quite a distance from downtown. Some late night revelry at the adjacent bars.
-
Overall good for the price.

Unfortunately, our overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we first checked in, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. I also found a hair under my sheet, and there was another hair on the sheet of the second bed. The room itself felt more like a motel than a hotel, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana throughout the property. I complained to the front desk, and they initially changed our sheets. However, the air conditioning still wasn’t working. Someone came to inspect it, and during the visit he passed gas loudly without any acknowledgment or apology, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, we were moved to another room. At least the air conditioning worked in the second room, and the beds were acceptable. However, it was a handicap-accessible room, and the shower chair was actually being used as furniture in the room, which was odd and not what I expected. There was also still an overall smell of marijuana. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. It was very limited, lacked fresh fruit, and many of the items were already empty by 8:00 AM. Overall, the breakfast area did not feel particularly clean or hygienic. We honestly couldn’t wait to leave. While the one gentleman trued to make things work, there were simply too many issues throughout our stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

We were put in a smoking room. We were unable to use the shower. You could only take a bath. The bed spread had dirty stains on it. I would never stay here again.
-
Great experience, clean rooms and great entertainment around the hotel.
-
Poor water pressure, took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was skimpy compared to other Comfort Inns, but they did have scrambled eggs, sausages and 1 waffle maker, no fruit or yogurt. Not a fan of being on the first floor with door facing the parking lot but they didn’t appear to use the second floor. The parking lot also was quiet and clean.
-
Great place to stay if you love to hear great Country Music at Music City Bar and Grill!
-
Great place to stay. I loved the pool too. Self made waffles for breakfast were a must to try.

When we arrived there wasn't anyone at the desk to check us in. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for him to arrive to the front desk and he said it was b/c he had to reset the Wi-Fi. Once we got in our room it appeared clean, but our toilet would run for a long time after flushing. We could never get our TV to work & when we called the front desk they said they would come fix it, but never ended up coming. Also my daughters feet got dirty from walking on the carpet barefoot so we kept socks on after realizing that. This hotel is very close to the Opry Mills Mall, which was convenient for us, but we will not stay here again next time we visit.
