The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

Convenient to locations we were there to visit. The restaurant was excellent! I’d like to see a Marriot type renovation. The walls are bare and unappealing, carpets are rundown, and that great atrium area leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The staff at desk was friendly. Hotel was very quiet. The food at the hotel restaurant Backstage Opry was really bad, limited menu and service was just ok. Upon arrival saw our room was in a good location but was dirty with hair in the tub and did not look like it had been cleaned. Was provided new room but in a worst location. Seemed an outdated hotel and not quality I was expecting for Marriott. Would not stay again nor recommend to anyone else.

The rooms were very clean and everything worked as it should. The bathroom was a bit small but for a last minute booking on a busy weekend, I can't complain.

Friendly staff. Place looks questionable from the outside. Food at the restaurant was terrible, eat somewhere else.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Nashville! I love the convenience of the location across from the mall!

Guests should check directly with the Inn at Opryland to ascertain its status as a fully functional hotel.

Rooms were nice. Maids were very nice and friendly and helpful. Can’t say that about the front desk staff.

Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Right off the highway. Beautifully decorated facility, Some of the rooms open to the outside. You do however have to go thru the hotel to access them and aren’t accessible to outsiders .

I loved the restaurant the staff was so friendly and the prices was affordable. I stayed in an outside unti and whenit rains the water is at the door.
