Sonesta Select Nashville Airport Suites

I immediately complained at the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There were brownish-yellow stains and residue dripping down the walls, the sink was dirty,and there was tissue or debris around the drain/overflow area. Similar yellowishbrown residue was present on the bathroom walls and around the bases of the beds. I still have no idea what the substance was. The room also smelled bad, and once again, the furniture was covered in fingerprints. At that point, I wanted to leave and find another hotel. Unfortunately, because Jeep Invasion 2026 was taking place, hotels in the area were essentially sold out and my family and I were stuck.I actually went to a nearby Walgreens and purchased spray bleach and disinfecting wipes so I could clean the hotel room myself. I wiped down the walls, bathroom, furniture, and bases of the beds. I also sprayed the sheets, pillowcases, and pillows with Lysol! GROSS! I’ll only come back if I’m homeless

Location was excellent and the suite was extremely comfortable! Me and my partner enjoyed our stay very much. The ice machine on our floor was out of service but it was only a mild inconvenience.

Nice staff, breakfast, I love the room and little kitchenette. No room service, even when I asked for it 2x. The staff never came even after 3 days. The manager ended coming up with trash bags after food at for 3 days.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I am very satisfied on how accommodating the safe is.

Convenient for the airport, shuttle bus was great. Pool area was not as clean as it could have been.

Free parking When you go upstairs, there is a funky carpet smell on the hallway. The rooms are small. The windows had bad hard water deposits we could not see outside. My boys got expired milk. There are not a lot of choices for breakfast. When we checked in, front desk did not even explain anything, what time breakfast is, about wifi. She just took my id, my payment and handed the key. Pool water was not clean. Air conditioner also was very dusty.

Very clean friendly staff treat you like family!! My 2nd time staying there and we love it!!

Property was a little run down and dated. Carpet was dirty looking. Staff was friendly.
