Central location facing a creek, fresh hot breakfast each morning, and affordable.

Unfortunately the free breakfast was not maintained or kept clean. When we arrived around 9 am there was no coffee and the hot food was gone. Apparently they can only brew one dispenser of coffee at a time and the process takes at least 15 minutes. The hot food was not replenished before we left. There were many people there, and the seating was limited. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean. My husband has celiac and it would be nice to have gluten free items on your breakfast menu.

Pet hair was found on bed. Staff was rude. Tv did not work in room. Noisey hotel.

My bed had pet hair on it. One of the tvs n the room did not work. Poor lighting in room. Staff had attitude. Will never return. I do not recommend. The nightly price doesn’t match the hotel.

Breakfast was very carb heavy. Overall was clean and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast selection wasnt that great. Wifi did not work. Some electrical outlets did now work properly and were unsafe.

I’m blown away at how kind, helpful and genuine the staff are. PEOPLE make this place work, i.e, a hard working gentleman named Byron, at breakfast it takes a special kind of wit to manage hungry people, often angry hungry people at this time, yet he does it flawlessly and with humor, and not to discount the associates that help him in this depart, who cook a delicious breakfast for ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE! The front desk, we’ve checked in at all different hours, always courteous and quick, and with a smile. Even maintenance & housekeeping, beautiful people and always willing to help. I could go on and on, right place, right time, most recent stay June 19, 2026. Go, stay here, the neighborhood is great, local restaurants are great and again, a hotel is a hotel, but these people make this a BETTER HOTEL. Lou

We had absolutely no regrets choosing this place. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, gym, very good breakfast, and the ride to and from the airport. The hotel assigned us a room that smelled like smoke. That was an unpleasant surprise, but they immediately responded and gave us a room that was perfectly clean.

There was plenty of space for my whole family and the beds were super comfortable. There were many breakfast options and great coffee. It was my eight year old niece's first time ever in a hotel and she was very delighted. We will definitely be staying again when we come to Nashville. My only complaint was that I had the room for two nights, and on the second day I went to the front desk to ask if they could come exchange the dirty towels and give us some new towels and he said "I don't believe the house keepers are doing overnight rooms, but I will see what I can do." I ended up have to go to the pool area and grab a couple of those towel because no ne ever brought any. Other than that it was a great experience.
