Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel

Needs alot of updates. Beds are hard. Stale smells. Cloudy indoor pool. Cold/Luke warm breakfast (supposed to be hot).

The staff was so kind and helpful. We’re so thankful for this property and helping us find a place to rest our head after being kicked out of our original hotel due to being “overbooked”.

We asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day. We were gone most of the day except for 45 minutes for a shower from the morning family reunion activities to shower for the evening activities. Apparently, room service came while we were showering around two-three o'clock or so they say and the room was locked. They never checked back but we did receive new towels from the front desk so wasn't too bad.

Thr front desk was extremely helpful. When I travel, it can be a little nerve racking worrying about how you are going to get to the airport, where to park, what time, etc. The front desk employee set my mind at ease and answered all my questions and had a solution to all my worries.

Can Uber anywhere from this spot and it is not near the busy down town noisy area.

This is my second time staying & let me tell you I would pick this hotel over and over again !

The Bed was very comfortable, but the floors in the whole unit was very sticky and dirty, the vanity had spider webs, and the lighting was awful very very dim over the vanity, the bathroom floor had very sticky places and the refrigerator would not keep our water cold. I got sick on the second night and requested to check out a day early to come home and was told I would have to check with my booking people which I did and they requested a refund for the one night as to which I never heard anything about the refund of one night due to sickness and this is the bad on the room to start with: ut the floors in the whole unit was very sticky and dirty, the vanity had spider webs, and the lighting was awful very very dim over the vanity, the bathroom floor had very sticky places

I have several pictures of bugs in my room. They moved me and I saw another type of bug. Too many creatures for me. If I don’t have them in my home because I spray, why do t they. Also, the pool had several beetles and ants everywhere by the pool.

Super clean and the staff were extremely helpful! We booked a wheelchair room and can’t understand why the beds in these rooms have to be SO high! My husband had difficulty transferring onto it. Also the bench supplied in the barrier free shower was very unstable. When you are transferring your whole body weight to the bench it should be a much wider bench. He fell and we had a heck of a time getting him off of the shower floor.
