It was ok but overpriced for the quality. Their shuttle van had an overwhelming cigarette smell, the room ac wasn't working properly, never got below 74 and was super humid in the room. When I first get in the room and tried to turn on the TV the remote not only didn't work but was missing the battery cover and the batteries were extremely corroded which got all over my hand. Called the front desk and had to take it down to them and wait for them to replace it (sorry but housekeeping had to have seen that when they cleaned, it should have already been taken care of) Also the bathroom sink had a massive crack all the way across it and the room had a musty smell from being warm and damp from the inadequate ac. Definitely not impressed, especially with how much they charge. I've stayed at cheap super 8 motels that functioned better. My friends stayed in another room and they also had an issue with the ac being inadequate.

Amenities that we were expecting to work fine and were a big disappointment were: 1. shuttle from airport (you have to call them before hand but you cant reach anyone). 2. Breakfast was kinda embarrassing. I would rather them not having breakfast than offering what they did. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We got there at 8. Tables dirty, no silverware, no napkins, yogurt/cereal corner with only some scraps around the bowls where they were supposed to be. Only butter and cream cheese as spreads, 2 baskets with few bagels and another plain bread. Etc etc etc. it looked like we got there at 10:45, after closing and it was already being removed. So, do not count on shuttle and breakfast. If you dont expect those, you should be actually very comfortable in the room. Note:gotta be fair and mention that there was a guy prepping eggs. It felt like that was the whole breakfast actually offered. For me it was a bummer, because i actually filtered the hotel search asking for breakfast and shuttle. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is nice. Pretty clean overall. Some good amenities. Customer service could be better. The iron leaked but everything else was good.

The hotel was an excellent choice for my family. We enjoyed the pool and closeness it is to other things. We enjoyed how clean and big the room was. The breakfast was decent and saved us from eating out. The staff were nice.

The room was big, beautiful and clean. Much more than expected. Pool and outdoor area was also very nice. However, no one was at front desk upon arrival. Had to wait several minutes for desk staff to come out. No coffee cups near free coffee station, no water cups near water jugs, and when there were cups there was no water, when leaving there was no desk clerk, other than that an overall positive experience

Room was very spacious and the beds were very comfy! Appreciated the filtered water and kitchenette! The pool was an added bonus, though many of the lounge chairs were broken or starting to break and there was little shade. Overall, a very nice stay!

Everyone was very friendly and forkful. My room was spacious, clean, and well- maintained. There was minimal noise from the hallways. Traveling alone, I felt safe on the property. Shuttle drivers were efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the signage of the shuttle needs to be larger.

The room was fine. It was modern and pretty quiet. It was mostly clean, but moldy in some parts of the shower. A few frustrating things that keep me from giving it a higher review is there were never enough towels (only three for five people). We had to ask several times over our 5-night stay to get more. We also had to ask for more body soap. It was never refilled during housekeeping checks. Also, breakfast was not great. The cook to order was tasty, but the self-serve items lacked significantly. There was nobody keeping things fresh and replenished, as well as clean. The yogurt bar was always out of yogurt and fruit. The fresh fruit was very limited, and the bananas were brown. They only had the option of white bread, and all condiments were shared which was not very sanitary.
