Breakfast was very disappointing! It Is not what is advertised!! The lady that was supposed to be filling the breakfast was nowhere to be found!! The am front desk worker stayed on her phone & every question asked she would shrug you off!! The check in guy from the night before was great!! The hotel is old & could use some updating!!

Bad experience. I paid 15 dollars extra on my card upon arrival for continental Breakfast. When I got up in room coffee machine was missing the drawer coffee pod goes in so no coffee in room. No big deal I was going down to breakfast. Arrived down stairs and went to coffee dispensers both empty with 1 hour to go for breakfast. No staff member was there so I just went to front desk and told the lady on duty that the coffee was empty both of them. She told me there was nothing she could do about that. I ask her are you telling me that even though a breakfast includes coffee and it is empty because people drank it all as it is probably the most popular beverage and even though I paid $15 on my card that you expect me to have breakfast without coffee. She said again there was nothing she can do. I said OK if you can't you can't. I told her that I am going up the street to Shoney's breakfast bar and you can just take the $15 off my card. She looked at me and said I can't do that. I said OK if you can just let the management know that the breakfast bar is incomplete and I did not eat breakfast so they can remove the charge. To my astonishment she said THEY WON"T! I fill like I was conned out of $15 or it was just stolen. So I let it go and went to Shoney's for breakfast where they had coffee and refills. I had such a bad taste left over that I did not eat there the next morning either. I have traveled for years and NEVER encountered anything like that. Thought you should know. Everything about breakfast bar experience.

The breakfast was decent the pool was nice While the hotel itself is nice, the fact that the bathroom light was not functioning significantly impacted our stay. We were informed that there was no maintenance person on staff this evening, meaning the issue could not be addressed. As a result, we were unable to comfortably shower or even use the bathroom without leaving the door open and relying on inadequate lighting from the room. A functioning bathroom is a basic and essential amenity, and having to go without it for the duration of our stay is not an acceptable level of service, regardless of how nice the rest of the hotel may be. We paid for a room with fully functional facilities, and that is not what we received. Because a basic amenity was unavailable and the issue could not be resolved during our stay and diminished the value of our stay. My fiancé fell getting out of the shower due to the lack of lighting and has possibly injured his arm and we noticed the floor is sopping wet from the ac unit which is also a problem it was reported to the front desk

Superb

While the location is great and the staff were friendly the hotel needs work. The paint is peeling on the doors; there was a large unfinished repair to the drywall in our room and the carpets were stained giving the feeling not being really clean. The suite was very large and the beds comfortable but the place needs to be upgraded.

This hotel had the same old continental breakfast as every roadside motel. There was a waffle maker, but there was fruit, toast, cereal, etc.. The "hot" water was tepid at best. There were no plates. Other guests and I questions the front desk attendant since the breakfast attendant was nowhere to be found. She simply said she hadn't seen her. She made no effort find her, to the point of making herself a waffle then scrolling on her phone in a chair in the lobby. The pool was padlocked and inaccessible. There was a bar, but it was not stocked or opened. The drain in the shower was slow. I would have mentioned this to the front desk clerk, but she couldn't spare the time. The one positive I can share is that the beds and bedding were 5 stars - very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bedding. I also could not hear any airport noise. So, if you aren't very hungry, want a cocktail or a swim; you might be ok.

Never stay there again terrible...

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I originally booked for 2 nights and I could not do it. I only ended up staying one night to work out somewhere else to stay. The hotel needs a full remodel and a serious deep clean. The spare pillows had someone else’s hair on it. There was dust everywhere. The tv did not work. The spare bed in the couch was filthy. The previous name was “Hyatt Place Airport Hotel” and looking through those reviews, the new owners did not fix anything. Fortunately, I did not see any pests but that was the only thing this room had going for it. I didn’t even trust the breakfast because I was concerned about the sanitation practices due to the way the room looked. Location was PERFECT! Only about a 7 minute drive from the airport and staff were nice and helpful. But there’s a reason this place is so cheap. I’ve had cleaner rooms at Inn’s. I hate to leave such a negative review but I want other to be fully aware of what they’re paying for.
