Roach infested and they Have too many peoplehome

Horrible experience all around. The front desk staff stated that they needed a security deposit of $150 dollars for the night. My cost for the room was just under $190. The manager billed another $186 to my checking account that night. I had to contact my bank and then their corporate office as they would not answer the phone for two days. Corporate office provided no additional help, simply stating that the manager informed them that the refund was processed on their end and refused to provide me with any transaction number. My bank continues to inform me that there was no refund initiated from the hotel. This location is sketchy, the management is not truthful about their actions, and their corporate office has to contact the location directly as they had no access to records of my stay. I also witnessed multiple individuals enter the premises and check vehicles in the parking lot as I was getting ice and water. No protection/security measures in place for their guests.

Great stay, clean and basic room with everything needed. A bit loud outside at no fault of the establishment.

Great hotel
-
Great customer service by all staff.I like having my car right outside my door. Place feels safe.
-
Honestly its 9/10. Only because of the area for emergency runs. Other than that, staff are very polite and caring. Very helpfully and as a single mom of 3. Kind gestures and A warm welcoming from afternoon and midnight staff are 10/10 On customer service ,

Easy in and out before a morning flight.
-
The property was very close to my son on the navy base.
-
The staff was very nice but the room had a terrible odor
-
Dirty rooms
-
The surrounding area was a little suspicious but the guy over the place was correct by saying what goes on outside of the property stays outside the property. No issues with theft or anything.
-
Never stayed here cuz they canceled my reservation and the app never gave them my number or email to reach out supposedly so the guy gave my room away and told me they were sold out:)
-
The process to check in and out was very quick.

Clean room, free parking, very quiet I could sleep soundly

The room itself was clean, and the breakfast options skewed much more kid-friendly than adult-friendly. However, the surrounding area wasn't great, and the main reason for the low rating was being denied fresh towels during a two-night stay—especially frustrating after heading to the beach twice. Not being able to get clean towels during a multi-night stay is unheard of and extremely disappointing. I definitely wouldn't bring my family back here in the future, and I'd only consider staying again solo if there were no other hotel options available.

Plenty of Parking , clean room , bed was good ,pillows were not comfortable and breakfast was very limited (coffe, pastries, yogurt, instant oatmeal, orange juice, cereal)

Good place to stay for events in San Diego. Room was fairly clean, a few spots where paint was scuffed up, but overall nothing major. Beds were comfortable and clean, shower worked great and was clean. No bugs. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Friendly staff. Allowed us to park there after checkout while we were at comiccon on the last day. Quiet (despite a close freeway). Close access to trolley, walkable (but should not be done alone).

The room was clean, which I appreciate, but that’s about the only positive. The breakfast area is located in a small corner of the front reception area with only a handful of chairs, making it uncomfortable and crowded. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the food was left open and easily accessible to anyone, including people coming in from outside, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I would not recommend this property for families with children. There is nothing that makes the breakfast experience enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere is not ideal for a family stay. I believe the online photos should better reflect the actual property so guests know what to expect before booking.

The Manager Jay was very rude at check-in and refused to help an error of two rooms being booked! He said it was impossible to fix which was not true because later that evening, we went to turn in our key for that extra room that was not being used and the night manager Nate Patel said that was incorrect and would refund us the first night! He even gave us an invoice showing the refund which Jay had already deducted. See the hypocrisy? It’s over a week now and I still have not received my refund. Also, there were prostitutes just down the street. Had I known that, we would have never stayed at this motel. Stay somewhere else.
