I would have given a 5 star but when we went to check in they told us we had to wait to see if there was rooms available. Our check in was at 2 pm

Disappointed by strong smoke odor in a smoke-free roomWhile the location and staff service were fine, the room was a major disappointment. We booked a designated smoke-free room, but as soon as we walked in, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming and unpleasant.

Rooms need more maintenance and the beds need to be changed or replace and the ventilation on the room is very low

It was dirty and the linens were not washed. The room had smoke smell.

The place is a bit run down. I waited a bit after check in time for my room to be finished getting cleaned. When I went in the first thing I noticed was pretty sizable dorito crumbs on one of the counters. Puts into question how well everything else was cleaned. There was no microwave as advertised. The sheets were stained. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. The AC worked great! Very cold. The staff was friendly enough. It got the job done though I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room appeared to be clean but when walking barefoot on the floor our feet were black. Water pressure was very low. It was the best price for the area so I guess I got what I paid for. Woke up to condoms in the parking area.
