This was my second visit. Clean rooms, friendly staff and free parking. Also very nice amenities. Kimball's restaurant has good food and very convenient.

Fan in the bathroom was broken, coffee machine in the lobby was broken missing tv remote. We stayed 2 nights and no fresh towels and the beds weren’t made even though the do not disturb sign was taken off at 10 am . Overall I’d come back , for the price and the cleanliness.

Very accommodating staff. They always look out for every small detail that you need taken care of.

The outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint I had was that it was really humid the week we were there and the air conditioners did not eliminate the humidity. Unfortunately that's something you can't really control. Overall if I had to go to the San Diego area again I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a nice place to sleep, the staff was friendly, it was clean, and they offered coffee & hot chocolate in the lobby. Just be aware that there is not a place in the hotel to get a bite to eat, besides a vending machine. There is a restaurant steps away, but not much else without having to drive or order delivery.

Everything about this place is wonderful! Very luxurious, clean rooms. The size of the rooms are pretty decent and the amenities are wonderful as well! The beds and the pillows were so extremely comfortable, which is one of the main things I always look for in a stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and helping me find outside resources. I will most definitely be staying here again in my San Diego travels.

Very clean and beautiful hotel located in a great area. The staff were very cordial and kind, check-in and check-out was so easy. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a fair priced hotel that upholds superior quality. Would definitely book here again!

Good room we only stayed for one night . Overall we had a good experience.

Clean room & helpful staff. Had everything we needed even when we forgot toothpaste, they had some at the front desk. Staying here makes traveling less stressful

The staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. Great location and close to many near by food options.

The hotel was nice I had stood here before with no issues. However this time the only complaint I have is the power turned off when I came back in from being out all day and part of the night it was very dark and hard to find the stairs to navigate to the room. It was disappointing to want to get back from being out all day and relax by watching some tv in the air conditioning but not being able too due to the power outage that took a couple hours to be fixed. The next morning as we left we didn’t even get an apology from the staff for the inconvenience.

Rooms were clean and stuff was very accommodating.
