The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for being near to the center and also having a great experience to watch balloons in the morning. The facilities are good value for the price. Overall the hotel was very fun to stay and I enjoyed my time very much.

Location and a good breakfast with the availability of fresh cooked omelettes. An outdoor concert and party until 3:00 am forced us to find alternate accommodation for that night. We were not aware of the concert until after check-in. Staff refused to make any accommodation for us (re a quieter location further from the party.) The hotel advised us that they had let booking.com know but we did not receive any notification from them.

It was a great property, was in a good location, we could walk everywhere. The pool was nice and the room was clean, beautiful and great decor. They were doing a bit of maintenance or construction at the time of our visit.

It was lovely staying in this hotel in our vacation to Capadocia. All the staffs were nice and really helpful. Karolin, Rabia and Gamze - they are always ready to help and exceed the expectations. The breakfast was very good and the room was good value for money. The room was a little hot in the night time. But the location was really good! The staff were not very friendly—we didn’t get a warm welcome on arrival— giving us information about the hotel like telling us about the room, how to work the sauna, or where breakfast was, or that the restaurant was closed. All stuff we had to find out ourselves. We also, when we arrived, went to look around and went to the sunroof top and were told that we had to “buy something.” We said we were staying there? It just came across as rude and hostile. It felt a bit like the staff didn’t care as it wasn’t “high” season. It left us not wanting to spend any time at the hotel.

It's a great location near a few view points depending on where you fancy going to see the balloons and really easy to walk into the centre of Goreme. The breakfast had a good assortment of options. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and the heating really helped keep us warm in the chilly mornings/evenings. The bungalow was a good size and the bed was comfy. Unfortunately sleep was difficult given that the nearby bar played music until late (with karaoke some nights) and the nearby viewpoint seemed to be home to a number of dogs who would bark through the night. Our sink in our bedroom had a leak in the waste pipe, only a small drip. The bathroom walls were covered in wallpaper that were peeling at the edges. Also because it was cold in the mornings, a cat followed us back to the bungalow one morning after breakfast and me and my partner had to devise a way to distract the cat so that one of us could get in and the other lured the cat elsewhere then sprinted back to the bungalow before closing the door. The cat stayed on the mat outside the door for a while but luckily by the time we needed to leave, it had moved on.

Good breakfast. Nice room. Good location with big outdoor gardens for balloon viewing. Generally helpful staff. Nice heated outdoor pool. Good value overall. Internet was sketchy. 3 by 2hr power outage's over 6 nights. Cats roaming everywhere including restaurant (yuck!!!). Shower took over 5 mins to warm up. ( might only relate to the block we were in).

The hotel is located strategically near the heart of Goreme, and also have good view on scenery. Nice room and you can say the hotel is cleaner and more organised than the rest of places nearby. Love the jacuzzi bu the way. Internet connection sometimes unstable. Can hear the little noise from the bar on top of my room.

The staff were great and very helpful. The room we had was great and so glad we upgraded, we really enjoyed having the sauna in our room. The location is perfect as just off the main strip, also very close to sunset view point and has a great terrace to watch the balloons at sunrise. There seemed to be somewhere flies were getting into the room, we were having about 15 - 20 flies a day in the room either in the bathroom or on the windows. Maybe can't be helped but could maybe be looked into. Better to book excursions separately as they are cheaper outside of the hotel. TV is also very far away if you want to watch in bed but they do provide chairs to sit on.

An absolute gem in Goreme! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day. Nice pool area, and smart system to order food/drinks by the pool. Nice little rooftop terrace to watch the balloons takeoff and land. Breakfast was very nice, and the waiters were all super friendly and joyful. We can definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever we can! We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, as it started leaking. But it got fixed really quickly. Although the system is well thought of to order food and drinks by the pool via WhatsApp, the service was a bit slow. But all minor things, we loved our stay overall!!

We stayed three nights. It is a beautiful place. The location is close to everything, the room is clean, the breakfast is fantastic, and the hotel offers gorgeous hot air balloon views. The staff is helpful and attentive. We are so happy to have found them and booked the hotel. (The swimming pool is lovely and well maintained!) Everything is 10 out of 10. We will stay here again!
