Balloon Cave Hotel

Great location, walking distance to town, restaurant, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and terrace area were nice, decent breakfast. Drainage smell in the bathroom was bad. No natural light in the room. Only one AC unit across the two rooms. Staff smoking outside reception area, not pleasant to walk past every day.

Well maintained. Great breakfast selection (the yogurt items were ??) Huge rooms for its price. Staff were extra helpful and knowledgeable. Good view of Goreme. Loved everything!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and I love that it has open air windows. Good breakfasts as well. There was a leak with water dripping in one spot but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Probably just some maintenance that has come up.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was good and we never had an issue parking. The first room had a spiral staircase going to the bathroom which was nice but I was afraid we would fall during the night. It’s a nice novelty but we decided to switch rooms which the manager approved with no problem.

The property, staff and breakfast was lovely. The terrace views were magnificent. Friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. will visit again. The bathroom fixtures were loose. Shower stall was too close to toilet. My leg was always in the wet shower stall.

Staying at the Cappadocia Balloon Cave Hotel was like stepping into a fairytale. Our cave room was stunning—beautifully carved into the rock with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the unique cave atmosphere gave us a sense of peace and seclusion. Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons rising over the valleys from our window (or terrace, if applicable) was magical. The staff were warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay perfect, offering helpful tips for local tours and even arranging our balloon ride. Everything—from the intricate décor to the spotless cleanliness—was top-notch. This hotel truly captures the essence of Cappadocia and made our visit unforgettable. Every think was fine only WiFi was bit slow but else all was good

We really like the staff. Super friendly. Helped us arrange local trips. Also catered to all needs of our child. They also helped us get a last minute taxi for a private tour. Breakfast is good. They even packed us a take-away box with a sandwich, cheese slice, a drink and some tomatoes as breakfast on our day of departure - since we were vacating before breakfast hours. Mouldy/damp smell in the room. There could slso be a tissue box in the room. No labels allergen indications for breakfast items.

The location of the hotel is very good. Also close to the shopping centre and restaurants. You can watch the balloon flight from the terrace of the hotel itself. The room was of good size, well decorated and maintained. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They keep on checking whether we have any issues or not during our stay. The breakfast had a very good selection of food and was sufficient. They add new items to breakfast everyday. I will definitely book this hotel if I visit goreme Cappadocia in future again.
