The view from the terrace was great. As was the breakfast. Reza from reception was also a great help in organising our balloons and assisting us with what was really dirty linen on our arrival. On our first night, the linen/bedding in our room had hair all over it & did not look like it had been changed from prior guests which was frankly disgusting. Reza, from reception, kindly changed this for us. During the rest of our stay, we asked for housekeeping which didn’t occur - no change of bedding or towels for 4 nights. We had to go downstairs to reception and ask for new toilet rolls each day. Simple stuff that you would think most hotels could manage.

Great location in Göreme—everything was within easy walking distance, including key attractions and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff, especially Reza at the front desk. He went above and beyond by recommending and arranging activities and transportation, making my time in Cappadocia seamless and unforgettable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, served with stunning views of the valley and hot air balloons drifting by.

The location, views and staff were great. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food and there was a different variety every day. The softest and lumpiest mattress and pillows ever.

Good location, not on the main road, so quieter. Amazing view from breakfast patio. Good variety of food at breakfast. Bed was very soft and shower door didn’t close completely, but otherwise well maintained.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Reza at reception for his exceptional kindness and welcoming attitude. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast with that stunning view was the perfect way to start each day. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The breakfast buffet is all handmade by chef including pastry dough. It is marvelous. The view from the breakfast nook is all glassed in with 33 side open for balloon viewing. The front desk is very accommodating.

The hotel stands up for its name. The amazing view in the terrace makes me feel relaxed. It was an amazing stay. I set up my alarm just to watch several hot air balloons take flight. It was an awesome and unforgettable experience. thank you all were good

- Great location - Amazing view on the rocks surrounding Göreme from the room - Terrace on the roof with great view - The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful - Price ok - Room finishing works unfinished (visible pipes) in the bathroom, missing door in the shower - Toilet leaking, although we raised it to the reception no staff came to take care of it - Strong and unpleasant smell in the bathroom - Breakfast buffet big but quite average … there is no real coffee (instant coffee only available)
