THE STAFF and THE LOCATION It’s located in the heart of Göreme where everything is around by foot The Staff are very helpful specially Mr.SAIF he was such a helpful gentleman and very sympathetic There is no AC in the room and whenever I opened the window for some air I had mosquitoes going inside Also the room doesn’t have a fridge and most importantly it’s VERY NOISY wether you open the window or not you can still hear the noise The breakfast wasn’t really rich ,very basic could be better

The hotel is nice overall, but it lacks some maintenance details that make it look a bit worn out. There are loose plugs, visible cables, and holes where old connections used to be. Some lights don’t work, and the bathroom fixtures are quite rusty.

The room was perfect, a rooftop with a jaccuzii over the beautiful view of balloons at early morning.. especially with the help of saif the receptionist, very friendly and helpful, always demanding you if you need help. Breakfast has a good variety, toiletries are provided, hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace Overall is a good stay.. thank you saif

The property is good and beautiful, but the room with pool was without windows, can feel a little hot

The area which is very close to the centre. The staff are helpful, accomodating and friendly especially the staff named Seyf. He is very dedicated to his job from the breakfast until I checked out. And the reception they’ve been considerate booking my transportation eventhough it is a little bit tight of the schedule.

Incredible host. Host seemed a real gentleman who never seemed like he was pushing to sell you deals with other providers. He gave genuinely useful advice on how to spend our money wisely during our stay and helped us plan our itinerary based on the weather and time we had. Other staff too in the property too were amazing. Wish they served turkish or other filter coffee as part of the breakfast and not charge extra for it. And wish it was a bit cheaper.
