Hotel bar/restaurant closes at 10, early for business travelers that have all day events. Very quiet and large but not a ton of “water, coffee/food options unless tied to the restaurant, which isn’t open until 10 and closes at 10. As a work traveler, I prefer my hotel have all the things I need rather than door dashing utensils from 20 minutes away.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of New Brunswick. Easy access to major roads. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent buffet breakfast with many choices.

My stay at The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick NJ, was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the food was delicious! 10 out of 10 service 👍. I’ll truly be back!

I emphasised our need for a very quiet room and Marinya at the front desk moved heaven and earth to find the perfect room, far from the lift, right at the end of the corridor. The hotel was hosting the Senegal football team but plenty of staff were around to ensure that guests were minimally inconvenienced. The car parking arrangements were ideal, and worked flawlessly. The room itself was super clean and totally soundproof. Well done everyone on the team ! We did not expderience anything that was less than perfect for us.

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating, so thank you everyone! I was given a balcony upgrade and the rooms themselves are nicely maintained and clean. Overall, no notes; I very much enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our children especially enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was a highlight of our trip. We also had a concern during our stay, and it was addressed immediately with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The level of hospitality we received truly made us feel valued as guests. We greatly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the overall quality of our experience. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hyatt New Brunswick to anyone visiting the area!
