Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. And the room wasn't super clean, lots of grunge in the corners and in the bathroom. Could use a few more amenities, such as a mini-fridge and coffee in the room.

The location was good. We were able to drop off luggage before check in. Mold and mildew were on the bathroom walls, ceiling, and shower curtain. A fairly large flying insect was in our bathroom the second night. When you showered, water got all over the bathroom and the floor didn’t dry. When we checked in, the staff told us not to run the hot water heater, fan, and hairdryer at the same times. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water heater on and off, so I was unable to use the hair dryer, as I was worried I’d blow a fuse. There were no outlets near the bed, and most were filled with lights, dehumidifier, fan, etc. we never saw the staff after check in, so we were unable to get more toilet paper, towels, ask questions, etc. I woke up swollen from the mildew and mold in the room. I don’t know how this place has such a high rating. All photos are from bathroom.

Convenient location, spacious rooms which are well maintained. It's noisy. Walls are thin and hallway is echoy; your experience depends on the other guests and whether they are respectful or not. I had screaming and noisy kids :/

I liked the location,it was in the centre. The owner is friendly and helpful. No warm water for showering.
