Front desk is always nice. Rooms are basic but works for a quick trip.

Very nice & well maintained property

We really loved this Hotel, it was so clean and comfortable, we were greeted by the front desk immediately.It was priced just right and it is an excellent location.

This property is an older hotel but it only has 28 rooms. It was quiet and centrally located. In fact, the location in the staff are it’s selling points.

The location by Rockefeller was excellent

busses and subways. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, bedding, and assortment of pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with full tub and shower combo, all the towels were fluffy, the toiletries were a nice quality. There was a large walk-in closet, which included an iron and ironing board. There was also a hot pot with assorted teas and coffee. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property at a reasonable cost.

The front desk staff were great. She even personally checked to see if our room was ready so we can check in early. The bartender was also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a “dated” but very clean. The location is very central. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a different hotel experience. No amenities (not even a minibar) but it is super clean, quiet rooms, reasonable prices, really old but very well kept and the location is great. Also the beds!!

Really classy place. Great experience.

Staff was friendly. There was some sort of Governors Ball and we weren't able to use the bar because there were just a bunch of men in suits taking up the place and we didn't try the restaurant. Overall the hotel was fine and the location was excellent. No real complaints.

Ok for quick business stay in NY

Staff. Jimmy at the Pub made me the best lemon drop martini I’ve ever had (and I work at a craft cocktail bar!)

If your trip centers around Broadway theater, Times Square, and Central Park, I simply cannot imagine a better location! The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is a gem, with Old New York charm and classy, simple room decor. It’s a short walk to the Theatre District and Central Park, and on the same block as Radio City Music Hall, with St Pat’s in clear sight as well. Its also close to several Subway lines. Being at the heart of everything right down by the Rockefeller Center, one might expect street noise at night … but our 8th-floor room was quiet and dark, the beds and pillows were super comfy, and the AC was easy to control making it perfect for sleeping well. The closet was huge, making it easy to control clutter in the room. The bathroom had reliable and abundant hot water for a nice shower after a long day of walking. 12/10 … we will stay here again!! Thanks for being our NYC home away from home. :)
