Smoke odor in non smoking room.

This hotel is a rent by the hour, filthy, pot-smelling, disgusting hotel. When we walked in the room, the beds were made, however the bathroom had stains on the floor and tub, dirty on the floor, and an open water bottle on the nightstand that looked like it had semen in it! Reviews, which we read after promptly leaving the room to request a refund, state multiple complaints of bed bugs.

Not as I expected it to be. No elevator and the floor was sticky needs more cleaning.

The room was very dingy the bathroom toilet holder was broken and sitting on the sink the bathroom was not cleaned up well over all price was expensive and not worth it and on top of that no parking available for all guest false advertisement on the parking the place only holds about 18 vehicles in its lot good luck finding parking on the street

My second time staying here from PA …. I love that it has parking…. NY is crazy in traffic and parking and this hotel having a private one for the customers its just amazing!

This should be called a motel over a hotel! The pictures are not up to date and the rooms were pretty dirty! Literally found a big nasty toenail from whoever was staying before, hair all under the sheets and the shower wasn’t that cleaned.

We checked in and stayed about an hour before we decided to check out and lose the $600 we paid for the rooms. Everything smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, there were no windows in the room, there was no security lock on the door. There is no lobby. The internet basically didn't work, and we had no cell service in the room. I had to make calls from the parking garage. It felt very unsafe and unclean.

Everything was good. Only nice thing to have would be better water pressure when showering. Besides that everything was good and only "broken" thing was the sink being a bit damaged.

This is my second night reserving another night for a double bed room, my sister and her husband came to visit from Long Island NY, & stayed the night. They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website. Refused to refund me for both nights and im still in a single bed room.

I had the absolute worst experience at The Cabana Hotel. I asked the front desk and housekeeping for my room to be cleaned. I only needed my floor swept and mopped and they refused to do so. Instead they handed me the cleaning supplies and told me to do it myself. My toilet constantly clogged, and I got locked inside my room because the entire door handle broke off. There were bugs, and the room smelled like animals.

IT WAS A WHORE HOUSE! It smelled like bleach sex and pot

The property was nothing as advertised in the photos. It was rundown and dirty. The rooms were a disgrace. They had no protection locks on the inside. I’ve got two rooms one for which my daughter and granddaughter stated. I made them put furniture up against the door. I was very disappointed and we never used that hotel again and the prices were totally outrageous.

The hotel was nothing like in the photos. It was dirty no protection locks on the door of the two rooms that we got. I will never use that hotel again very disappointed. Not to mention it was way over priced
