Radio Hotel

Hotel seems to not have central AC? Our room had a free-standing AC unit, vented through the window which was propped open and then the 4” opening was covered in tape. The AC unit was extremely loud when running, but when off the taped-off window did nothing to muffle nose from the street - even 10 floors up. Very loud and unpleasant to sleep in or try to watch tv.

I picked this hotel for the location only. We went for the Jay Z concert and it was the closest best hotel available.

This is a very bright and cheerful hotel to say at. It’s not at all like the usual hotels, and the property was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. The rooms are TINY! Most importantly the air was not fully working. I woke up sweating. Food at the bar is good but overpriced.

Only feedback I have is that the drink voucher was unclear. I even went to the host/greeter and showed it to them and they let me order a drink that wasn't included. They were gracious after the issue was brought up a nd we worked it out but should the receptionist or the voucher itself should say- "must order at the bar and not a table."

I enjoyed my stay a Radio Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, i also loved being able to grab a good cup of coffee downstairs. Overall, I give my stay a 4 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again.

Restaurant and bar The guy at the front desk. One guy was sort of helpful, and the other guy was not helpful or even willing to try. No tv.. hotel floors were too dark! Not safe, house phone didn't work

Tv Phone nothing was working. They didn’t even have basic toiletries. On Expedia They say they have vallet parking n when u get u get to know theres a parking block away n they have vallet. I went there fr two days yet checked out the next day
