Hotel Moca NYC

The sheets and the mattress had cigarette burns on them. The shower should have been more cleaner.

No meals were offered, but there was a nice family-run Dominican cafe, Cafe Milo, just down the block, where Sara made lovely scrambled eggs and bacon; we often ordered breakfast and evening meals via Wonder. It would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room.

My first room had water leaking down the interior wall and the floor was damp. I changed rooms in the morning and they gave me a room that had the same problem. I then asked to change floors and location in the building and was put in a room that was dry.

The area ; our room was out dated and not very clean with toilet paper and towels etc. missing ; moved to another room again had to ask for clean linen, room was small LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON LINE ! The faculty is dismissive got in at 5 am due to transportation from a concert attended asked for a later check out was told NO and they knocked on the door to remind us of check out we were easy the place is distasteful. Would never reccomend

The room smelled like cigarettes and we did not stay in a smoker room The room smelled like cigarettes and we did not stay in a smoker room ,also there were plug in fans , the fans you buy for home in our room to cool off , also there was hotel drama the police was there upon my check in process responding to a call , the manger did end up moving us but it really was not that much better the bed sheet spreads had lint balls on them also

Nothing Not clean at all, the light in the bathroom is too dim.

Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Very poorly run. Sign on wall says "no smoking, no vaping". Does this not include smoking weed until another persons room turns blue??? I had to open my balcony door every night to clear my room just to breath.

The room was never cleaned during my stay. The sheets and the blanket smelled like dog. Each room has a door connecting to the next room and you could hear everything that was happening in it. The area is super bad and looks dangerous. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

I liked that it was pretty quiet, and the balcony had a pretty okay view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was dirty - there was dirt and debris on the floor, so we couldn't walk around barefoot without getting our feet dirty. There was hair on the toilet. The bedspread had holes in it. The shower didn't have nearly enough water pressure. There is zero counter space in the bathroom, and there wasn't any kind of stopper in the sink, so I lost one of the caps to my contact lens case down it. The curtains were ripped and didn't close completely.

Felt like something out of a horror movie to say the least The fact that the door didnt even have a lock in a super dangerous neighborhood
