Only suggestion is provide more seating at breakfast by cleaning off tables and having a larger space for guests to clean off their own.

However, the sink's one-handled faucet moved from cold to DANGEROUSLY HOT with a micro move of the faucet. No lukewarm setting possible. Don't let kids use on their own. All towels not in place but delivered promptly after phone call. In lobby, morning buffet grab-and-go okay and coffee, tea and hot chocolate available free all the time. Miscellaneous snacks and bottled drinks such as OJ were reasonably priced. Just two small elevators for 20+ floors so one must be patient. No doorman so, again, must be patient waving down a taxi whether on Fifth Ave. or hotel's side street. Q32 bus on the avenue will get you to Penn Station.

Location was perfect for the Knicks game and Puerto Rican parade.

I was surprised by the quality of the room and overall experience. I was expecting a nicer accommodation but this is squarely middle of the road. The room was clean but tiny even for a midtown hotel. I booked a king room but got 2 double beds. Everything looked worn. The toilet for instance ran loudly and the air conditioning sounded like it was trying to take flight. The drain plug was lying in the center of the tub. The walls and floors had marks like someone had ridden a bike across them. You can do better for the price.

The bed was comfortable but 68$ for amenities is crazy.coffee was luke warm at best ,creamer was curdled and breakfast in the morning is all opened food uncovered for the flies.

The room was impeccably clean and modern, staff very nice, quick check in, well located hotel and good value.

However, I will not come back to this hotel. You can get a much better hotel with a few extra dollars. This hotel is small, the rooms are small, only two elevators and sometimes you have to wait for a while. The photos that I saw in the web page showed rooms with more space, and when you get there you realize that is not the case. Don't recumbent this place at all.

Staff kept giving us fresh towels every day, internet was great as I work remotely, breakfast was light but decent; mostly being cereal, pancakes, waffles, cheese(lovely babybels or string cheese), yogurt, an some pastries. There is complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day. Location is amazing, making it really easy to get places, good enough breakfast, great staff, only complain is that building is 20 something floors that only has 2 elevators which you share with staff so expect some waiting time for the elevator to get to you (3 to 12 mins was our experience.

Jose. Jose was very helpful and helped my mother which was the exact opposite of the help that she received the day before. She was in the handicapped room: shower overflooded but no one came up to bring extra towels or help remove the water. Manager confirmed issue with design. They blamed it on no engineer available at 9pm. She awoke to a still wet floor and luckily, didn’t fall; however, she did hit her head on the towel rack which left a bump. The next day was locked out of the room which took 3 attempts with new keys before anyone came up to help. No seating available at breakfast. Elevators are slow and crowded.

Very good

Hotel was extremely hot, only one roll of toilet paper in the room, elevator was a very long wait each time, and only two towels in the room. Thankfully we only had to stay here for one night because our room wouldn't cool down past 77 degrees.

This hotel is a great location, especially if you are wanting to see any shows. The rooms are a little small but that is not a problem unless you are planning to stay in your room a lot. The biggest downfall was that there are only two elevators for I believe 18 floors. The one elevator got stuck when we were in it but luckily a worker was with us and was able to get it open after a few minutes.
