Thanks to its central location, I could walk to everywhere I wanted to visit; and if you prefer not to walk, train stations are very close by. Don't let the narrow entrance mislead you—the rooms are quite comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Feeling safe was the most important aspect for me. Everything you might need is provided. When I got caught in the rain and took shelter at the hotel, I even discovered there was an umbrella in the room—though I was already soaked by then! 😅 My room didn't have a view, but that meant I was away from the city noise.

Best thing about this hotel was the price and proximity to Times Square. Rooms were large, clean, cool, quiet, but old. GREAT STAFF! Sebastian was particularly helpful! Had some concerns about security as we never saw a security guard at the front desk/lobby - day or night. Housekeeping slow to respond to room cleaning requests. GREAT PRICE!!!. Would stay again.

Overall experience was just okay

A refrigerator in a closet...I have never seen that before. It wasn't refrigerating anything. It was hot. I only one of the staff members was friendly. Two of the bellhops were pretty friendly and welcoming. The other staff I encountered were the opposite. There were spots on towels and the pillows making those things seem unclean

Clean room is good and front desk

- Poor amenities (breakfast, tv streaming not working, door lock screw unfastened, bathroom door not closing, hotel card deativating by itself – not in the same pocket as phone)

Very good location near Times Square. The room was spacious, tidy and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice.

Location was great, but no wifi for 3 days, daily coffee offered was always empty or cold and the continental breakfast was the worst we ever had.
