Stopped for 3 nights from UK first time visiting NYC! Staff were polite and helpful, facilities perfect for what we needed, lift situation was a little bit of a hindrance at times but manageable. Would 100% recommend this for location close to subways, but also good for walking into the hustle and bustle rather than been in it 24/7

The desk manager Delanie went out of her way to help when our TV internet went out (a big deal for a teen who isn't going to be bar hopping). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay and we enjoyed every min, stayed in the room with Corridor and it was an awesome city view. Room was great and made our mind to stay always in the same property and room.

We enjoyed the balcony...takes longer for the elevator but worth the wait!

Overall the hotel was great if staying in Manhattan. Very close walk to the E and 6 subway entrance/exits. We walked to St. Patrick's cathedral for mass which took 15-20 mins. Room with two double beds was very cozy but it served it's purpose. Elevators were not slow, and two water filter stations were slow. Can't beat the price for 5 nights and paying less than 1k is amazing.

Good price and quiet location, but close enough to 5th ave and central park. Water bottle filler was broken, only 2 elevators which for packed and slow, and plumbing repairs in lobby. Room was fine. Good for a short stay.

....obviously property has just been refurbished and remodeled and so all amenities were good in the rooms.

This is a great location and a great value. The staff were all wonderful and our room was spotless every day.

The lifts are terrible. God love them but the cleaning staff dominate the lifts most of the day.

The only real concern was that the shower kept flooding onto the bathroom floor, because it was a handicapped accessible shower, but we were able to fix that with towels and not let it bother us
