Hilton Garden Inn New York/Manhattan-Midtown East

One elevador did not work and they took a while to fix it…

Clean hotel, comfortable room, and in a great location, they have a bar/restaurant they offer water coffee downstairs every day, it’s located in a great area and close to restaurants there’s a bagel place chipotle panda, and others and I’m walking distance from great places

I love this hotel and highly recommend everyone. Thank you for managing hotel.

OF the only two elevators only one was working at any given time. Staff was not always reponsive when er made a request.

Evrything was very nice and the staff was great.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, very clean room and bathroom, excellent bed, and quiet room on 19th floor. The exterior entrance was very dirty/funky and crowded with things like outgoing/incoming laundry crates

Staff were amazing! They are so helpful and accomplished even when I had questions via text message. Unfortunately we were not alerted ahead of time with their ongoing construction/renovation happening that it was affecting my kids with asthma. Elevator use took forever because only 1 was actively working for the whole building, and was too cold for my small kids to use the stairs outside the building. Overall the location was amazing! I'd come back again once construction is done. My kids loved this location

Nice environment, clean room. I loved that the shower had an actual glass door on it. The amount of hotels I've stayed in, I always get water outside of the tub area because it either has the dinky curtain or half of a glass door on it. There are no issues with that at the Hilton. Overall, just a good experience. Definitely recommend.

When we got to the hotel, the water filter in the lobby wasn’t working, there was no coffee, and the bathroom that was part of the restaurant was clogged. The elevators were also extremely slow.

location A security deposit of USD 100 is charged per stay. Since I made two separate reservations, I was charged a total of USD 200 for the two stays. I was informed that these deposits would be released back to my credit card within a few days. However, I checked on June 13 and the funds had still not been returned. I already sent a message regarding this matter but have not yet received a response..I find it unreasonable that an additional security deposit is charged and that the funds are then retained for several days after the stay has ended.

Clean and updated room

Great hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator working for a few of the days we were there which made it hard having to wait 20+ minutes for an elevator one way. Great location with great food choices and coffee shops close. Would definitely stay again just on a lower floor!

The room was clean. The staff isn’t very friendly but they did their job. The air conditioning was excellent. The hotel was family friendly

Great hotel. Great staff. The only thing I did hate especially when your in a rush is that there are only two elevators available.

My family of four had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly. They allowed us to keep our bags there before the room was ready so we could go out in the city. The room was very clean and cleaned very well each day. They have a nice bar and pool table area that was nice for a little downtime. The location was excellent for us; close proximity to the subway, in walking distance to many shops, and right across the street from a delicious bagel store!
