The large spacious hotel accommodated our family needs.

Midtown, conveniently located and moderately priced hotel. Free water and WiFi was great. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating

Fantastic location, ideal for all attractions. Clean, modern rooms with all the facilities we needed. The kitchen in the room is something we looked for, and it has everything as expected. Beds, including sofa bed are comfortable and the aircon in the room was perfect for the warm nights. The staff are lovely, always chatty, helpful and welcoming. No complaints. Nothing. All good

Spacious room; good location. Very clean.

We stayed at the San Carlos Hotel for three nights as a family of four — two parents and two teenage daughters — and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premier Suite, which had a queen-size bed and 1.5 bathrooms. We opened the sofa bed in the living room for our daughters, and the suite was still spacious and very comfortable for all four of us. The room was very clean, pleasant, well air-conditioned, and relatively quiet, especially considering the hotel’s very central location in New York City. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended, especially for families! The coffee machine in the kitchenette could be improved, as it wasn’t very intuitive or user-friendly.

The location was brilliant, the staff were super friendly. The rooms are slightly dated, but they were clean, tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, and daily housekeeping kept everything in excellent condition throughout our stay. Another great advantage is the location. There are many attractions within walking distance, and the subway is easily accessible, very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Outstanding staff commitment and kind care

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was there was no hotel parking. The lot that was nearby and discounted with the hotel stay was an unexpected high cost.

Very convenient and safe location, rooms were very clean (once per day room service) and staff was friendly and helpful. Near the centre and metros, but good noice cancellation. Biggest room you may find with this budget near the centre.
