Amazing hotel in a great location in Manhattan. Pure luxury.

My favorite is the one-bedroom suite with the balcony. The suite is spacious, beautifully appointed, and the balcony is the perfect. What truly sets The Kimberly apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is welcoming and professional, but Harry deserves a special mention. Every time we arrive, Harry is there waiting with a warm smile to open the car door and welcome us back. He makes us feel like family, and he is one of the main reasons we continue to choose The Kimberly year after year. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding accommodations with exceptional service, I can’t recommend The Kimberly enough. For us, there’s simply no other place to stay in New York City.

There was a porch with 2 Adirondack chairs and a good view. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

As a hotel snob that cannot stay anywhere I was beyond pleased with the Kimberly Hotel. Five star service in a four star hotel! Kimberly management, whatever you are doing, do not stop. Housekeeping was amazing! Room was spotless. This is the first hotel I have ever been in where it was clean under the beds!!!! (OCD travellers, you know what I am talking about!) Clean, clean, clean. No dust, no random hairs, clean. Nice sized room for NYC with coffee makers in room.
