Hilton Garden Inn New York/Midtown Park Ave

They told me I would be able to check in early since I landed early. When I arrived, I ended up having to wait 4 hours to be placed in a room. I suggest you arrive at check in time, no earlier, and do not take the front desks word for anything as far as checking in earlier, they will lie to you. Unless you’re okay with waiting hours, don’t do it.

I enjoyed view from 26 th floor overlooking wonderful views. Room was clean, beds comfortable and restaurant conveniently located next door.

The room was clean, staff was cheerful & front desk associates were helpful. Gym was great (although I would add a sanitizing wipe dispenser by the towels) - still clean and great equipment options. The room had everything I needed for my quick stay, & I plan to return. Much appreciated Hilton Crew!!!

Amazing staff!

The room is a bit small and not sound proof. But the location is excellent and staff is friendly. Easy check in and out.

Great!! Was in the perfect location and staff was super helpful. Rooms were a little small for 4 of use but overall great stay

Location was great. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful! Air conditioner was not was working properly and we called several times for assistance, front desk people were very nice and helpful, unfortunately help never arrived to the room to address the problem. Our final attempt the front desk staff were again very nice and helpful and brought us a fan to use which helped but the temperature in the room never went below 77.

I did appreciate that there were laundry machines on premises to do my laundry.

Excellent location, very close to subway. Quiet rooms - well soundproofed, comfy bed
