Unbelievably loud w paper thin walls and rooms that shook when the train went by
-
It was a decent sized room. No frills.
-
Definitely a great place to stay for the star hotel it. It’s close to everything and the staff are warm and easy to talk to.
-
The room was booked for four people, but only three towels were provided. There were also no disposable slippers. The shower took about 5 minutes before the water became warm, which was inconvenient. On the last morning of our stay, our room keys stopped working, which caused additional inconvenience. Overall, the hotel could definitely improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to basic guest comfort.

Location was very central, only thing I was facing the back and there was an open space for hotel guest to hang out and it was loud till late. My other option was the trainon the opposite side! But this is NY and was pleasantly surprised of hotel. I could have requested another room but it was only for 2 nights, other than that I would recommend your hotel. Clean and centrally located. Coffee, tea and water should be 24 hrs Hallways had a little musty odor but room was fine

It was convenient to the subway. Unfortunately, the subway closest to the hotel was taken down for the weekend, so it was not actually accessible, which is unfortunately because that was one of the main reasons I chose this particular location. There was an interior courtyard, not many rooms faced it. Unfortunately mine was one of the ones that did and there was screaming matches, a large birthday with loud music that went until after midnight, and several groups of people with big speakers and loud conversing/yelling at 3, 4, and 5 in the morning, waking me up both nights that I stayed there. ultimately had to leave and not stay the third night because I could not sleep. At the second evening during one of these loud episodes I tried calling the front desk for them to intervene on my behalf but nobody answered the phone. My roommate had to go downstairs in her pajamas to find someone and only found a security guard who spoke little English. completely unacceptable

Great stay

Wet pillows. Yes wet like just laundered and not dried. Terrible plastic like sheets. Worst place I have stayed in a very long time. Would like some kind of refund.

The staff were extremely helpful, rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. Having the room serviced daily was a bonus. There were a few convenience stores a d eateries nearby. Our room was next to the train line so was a little noisy.

I choose this hotel because it’s located within walking distance of where my daughter lives. I have stayed here twice and will definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, bed is comfortable, and the AC works well. There’s a subway and bus stop right outside the hotel, which makes for convenient transportation. You definitely hear street noise and subway noise at night, but it’s still more quiet than some other hotels I have stayed at in the city. Complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lobby. There’s no onsite parking nor is there a nearby garage, but there’s street parking. You just need to pay attention to street sweeping signs to avoid ticketing.

Great stay!
-
There was no breakfast as part of this stay. The bathroom door handle needs to be fixed. There was no parking at this hotel and that was kind of hard.
-
Great location and very friendly and accommodating staff! Could have used things like silverware and plates for leftovers, couldn’t use the microwave without a plate.

It was a great experience overall

This place was clean, had great water pressure and a comfy bed. The AC was also pumping! Staff were super friendly and responsive. Subway is a few minute walk giving you quick access to the rest of NYC. Some have complained about the noise level but it was never an issue for us. The location might not be ideal for some - while it was safe, you need to be aware of your surroundings. I definitely had an interesting encounter that we continue to laugh about.
